Spoke to IIO, a Lady, very nice to talk to, I asked when will my case be assigned, she said "we are working on Dec 9th 2001 - Jan 9th 2002, and i will hear soon in 30 days, and asked me politely to have patience.

Any comment's guy's?...Will it be true , within 30 days?..

Did u speak to the customer service representative at the 1-800 number?
 
waste of your time to talk to IIO

IIO know nothing more than those info on the we about your case. it is totally waste of your time to call IIO
last month 3/15, I call IIO, my RD is 1/07, she told me that they are process case on my date, if by 04/16 nothing happen, call them again. so I call them on 4/16, now she said I should call 5/16.

what they should said is that:
Sir, when the process date become 2/07, 30 pass your RD, then you should call back if you got nothing and we can file an inquire for you. otherwise, I have nothing more than you those message on the web.

don't trust IIO when they claim all Jan case already assigned.

What fake fake says is correct. Unless u can get thro to a tier 2 officer, it is of no help.
