she told me they are processing Aug 15 and I can expect an answer in a couple of days. looks good. Hope I don't get any RFE. But I am expecting a definite RFE for follwoing reasons:
1. Added wife's AOS 8 months after my 485
2. Changed wife's name after applying for her 485
3. Changed address
4. my company name has changed. Labor was applied with the company's old name and the company got bought/sold couple of times.
5. i postponed my FP by 2 months to go to India, get married and bring my wife here.

I have called IIO 3-4 times b4 and it was nice to hear to expect something in a couple of days.

Looks like you have gone out of your way, to do things, that most people go out of their ways to avoid doing,

Best option is Hire a top of the line lawyer and be very prepared.

Or else INS being INS you might even get away with it.

my observation and inferences about you:

1.) you are planned, things were beyond your control otherwise
you would have not done so many changes. basically you were completely helpless.

2.)You know exactly what you have done, you know what is coming your way and you are prepared.

3.)When a person breaks so many rules, the rule generally
accepts, him because in the software program there are no more tabs / checkboxes, radio buttons to accomodate the requests.

4.)I think you will be alright, just be prepared, with documents.
if they issue rfe, they will be asking something specific.

5.)We tend to worry about things that concern us, but from Ins officer point of view views could be completely different.
