Hi guys,
Just did an AR-11 from TN to Boston MA.

I-140 approved in VSC.
Case assigned on 12/14/02 per IIO today.

Could not even imagine my case getting transferred to TSC, so moved family to Boston - but continue to work from Houston,Tx.

Any idea how long it takes to schedule an interview if the case gets transferred to Boston local office.

1.Case has not been transferred to Houston. Did not want to risk it getting transferred, hence moved family to Boston. I remember reading here that it takes about 3-5 months in BOston.
Can any of you confirm?

2. I did not threaten them with NPR or ACLU. I did write to these forums of course.
Regarding INS an ounce of prevention is worth more than a ship full of lawyers and ACLU's
