I spoke to IIO today to inquire about my I485. Here are the details:
ND: 05/24/00
RD: 04/25/00
EB2 India

She said that NSC was processing cases with ND\'s in end of May 2000. They were having a backlog of cases with that NDs. I asked if she can give me an idea of how long it is going to take for them to review mine, she said "In next few weeks".

Thought I should share this with you.

Thank you Subs Visvan. It makes me feel a little better to know that they are getting close to processing June ND cases.
It was very frustrating the last time I talked to an IIO (about 3 weeks ago). She said that my case and FP were ok but it would take "several months" to get to it due to the backlog they had.

My info: RD:05/00, ND:06/00, FP:01/01
