Hi ya\'all. Just spoke to IIO, she was very kind. She said they sent an RFE to my lawyer on NOV 13. Crossing my fingers.....jeeees. Please pary for us guys...

did she give any reason for the rfe (did you change jobs, or job title)? also, was yours CP or AOS.

1. I checked my AVM about two days ago, its says we have recd ur case....bla bla...
2. I am with the same employer, no change in job or title. No reason for RFE, she just said it is sent to the lawyer. I also checked if FP was recd, she said YES. I asked her about medicals, she did not say anything about it.
3. It is AOS

485PRO, RFE issued for me too...

I am in the same boat as you.
I have same ND and EAC as you. Talked to the IIO today and she said an RFE is issued yesterday ie on 11/14. Did not give a reason for RFE. Please keep me posted about your RFE....
