Spoke to IIO, Today at 2pm Eastern Time

I spoke to a lady II to find out my status whose AC is 99-258-XXXXX. She told me that I should wait a couple of months to hear from them. I asked if new immigration laws would have any impact on the processing of my case. She said "NO". When I called on September 7th, they said 6-8 more weeks. I am really disappointed to receive that kind of answer. Any way I waited so long, I will be little more patient.

Do you have any ideas to share with me?

No. But I asked what are the processing dates? She replied August 1st of 1999. She is little rude.
