Me:- I was told on 12/20/02 that it was being reviewed by an Officer

IIO:- " That info. should not have been given out.. it creates a wrong expectation that the case will be decided in a couple of weeks"

I usually get OK IIOs. This one is pretty cold. Take it easy. All government employees are probably just high school graduates? Just think about those people at DMV. You can tell from their eyes that they are just a bunch of idiots.
