Spoke to Jim. According to him they had received 10,000 cases in August alone. Reminded me of my previous inquiry on November 1st week & asked me about the information I was given from IIO on NOV. Told him that I had to wait for 4 -6 weeks and was pending and not even assaigned to officer at the time. He put me on hold, Came back and gave me the estimation of 3-4 weeks more & also mentioned that this time my file is with the officer under review.
He also explained me that VSC processing time does not mean anything, cases depend on the workload each officer has.
FYI,
According to my Lawyer, all laywers were meeting on December 1st on 180 days pending/job change rule, I still did not have chance to speak to him on that, will update you folks if I hear anything from him.
So, still waiting & waiting..
