Spoke to a Lady IIO at the vermont centre. Her response was very bad. I\'ve asked about the status of my I-485 application status. She said my case is pending. It is taking 360-545 days for processing.

Here is my details:

PD: Dec 1996
RD: Aug 16, 1999
ND: Sep 08,1999
FP: Aug 30, 2000
Amended I-140 September 22, 2000 (waiting for the receipt)
Renewed my first EAD.

the date you mentioned for amended i-140 ... is that the notice date or the date you mailed the paperwork? could you please clarify ...

It is the date in which the I-140 amended application was sent to INS. By the way I forgot to mention my category. It is EB3.

Did you sent your I-140 application in response to a RFE for I-140 redo or you have filed this as a precautionary measure?
