My conversation started with IIO saying, you called this morning,
couple of days back you spoke to am,
you spoke to Paul,
you spoke to Kerri,
She gave me a long list of all the persons that I have been talking to for last 3 months.
I didn\'t know what to say. But, I explained my concern that even though we responded to the RFE on 22nd sept. your system is not showing that we sent a response to RFE and I am afraid that after two months I will get a notice for not responding to the RFE.
She genuinely understood my concern and asked me to wait.
She then comes back after 3 minutes and told me that she spoke to the officer who is handling my case and her lead. She told me that they are currently reviewing my cases both I-140 and 485 and I should get a response soon.
I am not sure how accurate the information is. But, I was very much relieved. Do I see light at the end of the tunnel?

yesterday. If this is the case, sounds OK. FYI-- I got 2nd RFE for I-140 amendment. My cmpny had applied for I-140 amendment in anticipation before 2nd RFE was issued. They replied to the 2nd RFE with notice of I-140 filing. My 2nd RFE and I-140 amendment have been acknowledged by INS. Waiting for approval....
