NO FP Yet.

I just spoke to IIO. She answered softly, but gave a generic answer..
She said my case is still not yet in FP queue to schedule.. So have to wait until my turn comes..

And when I asked how long it takes to get FP from now..
Her answer is depends on backlog cases.. if they have more backlogs, it takes more time and I dont know the backlog status is right now..

I called in september for the same.. At that time they said my FP was ordered on the same days when they released my Recipts..and she gave me Fax number to inquire.. I did..but there is no response since then..

Did anyone had any luck.. in the recent one month by calling INS. Please let me know.. Thanks.

First time ever I spoke to the IIO this afternoon. Asked him abt the fingure prints, he said he will order it for me, he verified my address and said I should get my FP in abt a month. But he indicated that it will still take about 1 more year for my I485 to be approved

I have my finger crossed..lets see

Talked to IIO Again! on 11/27/02

I talked to IIO again today (11/27/02).. She said they are processing Oct'00.. and I still have to wait for another one year.. Is it something in there hands to order/schedule FP.. First time they said it is ordered year back.. and now dont have any clue..

Let us know if anyone else got FP by calling INS..

Spoke with IIO on 11/29/02

I had called Texas INS 3 times before over the last six months regardding issuance of FP notice. First time six months ago I was told that the FP was scheduled on our I-485 notice date of 09/07/01 and I need to wait to get the notices and it is upto the National Scheduler Dept.

The next time (last week), I was given a fax number and Agent badge number to address the fax to, requesting FP notice. I did send a fax, but thought I should call again today for the heck of it.

Today when I called, this Lady IIO was suprised that my wife and I had not yet got our FP notices and took our SRC numbers and told me that she has re-scheduled the FP notices but could not give me a time frame to expect the notices just that she has sent a request with our "A" numbers again to the concerned dept.

I am going to be Liberal and hope that atleast I get the FP in the next 3 months if not "days".

Will give an update if there is a change in the situation - Chao!

does anyone know the number to call TSC and talk to immigration officer .. i tried (214) 381-1423 and is always busy

any info is appreciate.

Spoke to IIO Again - 4th time since 27th Sep'02.

Today 12/05/02 - I again called up TSC-INS - Spoke to different IIO - Her response is FPs and 485s are pending a lot.. They are working on that.. So you will hear something soon..

She repeatedly said - Sir.. They are working on it.. you will hear prity soon.
