Friendly and nice lady. She said my finger prints were received Feb15th, it is ok, and they are processing it. No info on how much more time it will take.

Very rarely do you get info from IIOs

There have many posts on this board, which have basically said the same thing.
Sometimes, though, IIO\'s have given useful information to applicants.
