I just spoke to IIO regarding my case

EB3 : India
PD : May 98
ND : Feb 8 2000

RFE issued May 4, 2001
RFE Replied May 10, 2001

INS has not received the RFE as of today May 24th. The IIO told me that
they have backlog of 2-3 weeks so probably it might take one more
week to enter RFE into the system. He asked me to call back after
Jun 1st to check the status. Anyone in the same boat lately - RFE
reply has been send but not received by INS ?

How much time do they give you to reply to the RFE?

Is the RFE sent to both you and your lawyer?
