Spoke to IIO(Imm. Information Officer) - Help Please

Hi,
My Details:

FP done on Nov 14 2000.
Yellow form send in last week of Nov 2000.

India EB3-Priority date Oct, 1996.

After trying for a month, finally I got my chance to speak to an IIO. The reason I called INS is to find out if it had received my Yellow form; IIO explained that INS has received my FBI finger prints and the prints seemed to be fine, but he could not tell whether INS received my yellow from as the INS system has not been updated with the information. I called my attorney to make sure if she had send my yellow from, she was positive that the form has been sent in the last week of november.

The IIO also guessed that if everything goes fine, my case could be approved in another 3 months.

Can someone tell me if they had the same problem--is it advisable to send a copy of yellow from once again?

No Title

I talked to IIO yesterday about our case (EB11, RD 9/13/99, ND 11/10/99). She told me they are processing 10/1/99 and said our files may be loss file. I have no idea about Loss file. Please response if anyone knows about the meaning of loss file. Thanks.
