spoke to IIO for July cases

I spoke to IIO
for all july cases
lady said,only few officers are doing July cases,rest of them are completing either march/april or june
and official date is april 1st.So many people asked about july /sep/oct cases ,their cases will be assined to officers after 60 days
they can\'t tell how long it will take to complete july cases
but they are sure that they can do bet 365 and 540 days.

If this is true, then it could explain the discrepancy that we are noticing in the approval times for people with different RDs.
