spoke to IIO at VSC; 10:45 EST - MORE INFORMATION

Forgot to add in my last posting:
I have seen many people post that they spoke to the IIO and were told that their case was assigned to an immigration officer.
Surprisingly, when I asked this guy[IIO], if my case had been assigned, he said he was sorry, he could not tell me that as they do not have access to this information.
so, people....what the heck is that??!! How can some IIO confirm that a case has been assigned and another says the above??!!!

i got the same message from the IIO

I was told the same thing from the IIO 10 days ago that she could not tell me whether the file is assigned to an officer or not because it was the new policy which they have received.
