Hi All,

I spoke to IIO regarding my case. My RD is sep'14 and she told it will take another 30 days to assign the case.

Meanwhile, I changed my job, lawyer and sent a new G-28 to INS. Some how, the file is missed. Still they have my old attorney on their file. She asked me to mail new G-28. What shall I do now.

She said they are currently processing cases upto Sep 15 and I should expect a reply in 30 - 60 days.
(Last I called on 8/29 they said it is expected in 2-4 weeks. It had been assigned to an officer even then!)

Then I asked her if my case has been assigned to an officer she replied yes and it is under review.

Seems like they are doing a very thorough research on my life and it is taking them a long time.

Although my case seems simple to me, I am still with my first job in US for approx. 4 years now.
