I finally had the "Privilege" to talk to an IIO today at 3:45pm EST. She told me (nothing new) that they are still processing mid Aug 99 cases and it will take 3 months before my case is touched. An interesting thing she said was the finger printing notice will be sent once my file is reviewed. So that proves the theory that those people who get FP notices are pretty close to adjudication. This does not include those guys who have files in 2000 and have got FP notices. I asked her about such cases and she avoided to answer that. BTW, I also changed my mailing address. Upon asking who gets the FP notice, she said it goes to Lawyer and I should get a copy.
For those of you who are keeping track of IIO behaviour, she was normal (not at all rude).
