Asked him about the status , he repeated the same thing what AVM is saying that RFE (Emp Letter) was received on Apr 18 and told me to wait for another 3 weeks.

The lawyer FEDexd the RFE response on Apr 10 , so I guess it takes a week to update the AVM.

Hi Goofie,

I was issued a RFE on 29th Mar for employment letter. My lawyer fedexed that on the 3/4 Apr and the AVM was updated on 9 Apr. That has all that has happened till date. Looks like the same boat mate.
