Spoke to an IIO

Hi,
    I spoke to an IIO a couple of days ago. My details are
    EB3, India
    PD Aug16, 1996
    RD July27, 1999
    ND Aug9, 1999

    She told me that my case is under review. She however did not commit on how long it takes. Can anybody explain what under review means.

"Review" means that an officer is looking at your file, and you can expect the approval in one month, if no RFE letter is issued.
acctually according to your RD & ND, you may receive your approval at any time. good luck!

Review means your case is assigned to an officer.
Now it all depends on the officer when to approve your case. It may take around 6 to 8 weeks to hear something once it is assigned to an officer.
