Spoke to an IIO today

Hi,
I spoke to an IIO this morning regarding my case.
He told me that it will take about 30-60 days to adjudicate my petition unless I hear from them. I asked him if my case in under review and he said that he is not at a liberty to answer my question. That is about it.

And consider yourself very lucky for being able to get through on the phone and being able to talk to an IIO. Soon it will be a thing of the past and we wont even get the "wait 30-60 days" answers anymore

First I thought "I dident talked with an IIO", who is using my ID?
