Hi ! I just spoke to an IIO at VSC. As per her, they are right now processing cases with RD in the month of June 99. My particulars are:

Priority Date : 09/11/1996
Labor approved in : 09/1997
I-140 approved in : 12/1997
Waited for date to get current from 12/1997 thru 8/1999.
Applied for I-485 on 08/01/1999.
Notice Date : 08/02/1999
Receipt Date : 08/17/1999
FP done on : 06/13/2000
Notice Date is the date when INS received the physical application at their office.
Receipt Date is the date when INS actually entered the application into their system and this is the date they go by.
As per IIO, I should be hearing something around End-Oct. this year.
