Hi Folks..
Thought just share this info with you....
I spoke with the IIO at 9:30 AM today
The IIO i spoke with, was pleasant but as always clueless.
She told me the same garbage that the application will be asigned to a officer after two months from the Finger printing date.
We had done our FP on March 20 2001.
When i said that most our company colleagues having ND\'s in Jan/Feb 2000 were seeing approvals - her response was "Well, we receive so many applications , and it is very difficult to say anything...." . She asked me to wait for one more month, before it can be assigned to a officer.
Last week the IIO told me that the application would be assigned two months after the FP notice date (which in my case in Feb 9 2001).
So bottomline, my application is STILL LYING on the "SHELF" and has not being assigned to any officer or gone in any "PROCESSING AREA".
I still fail to understand what standards they use to approve applications.
What do you guys think i should do ... Call every week or every other week...
This has been such a bad ordeal !!! Relief is no where in sight.
