I called INS to check if my change of address is taken care which was given a month ago by my lawyer. It wasn\'t and the IIO did it over phone.
She said that VSC is process Cases with RD before Aug 1st 2001. Mine is Aug 13th. Also she said that as things changed I should expect results may be during september only based on the current processing speed. My case is not assigned to an officer. I am so upset but she said all the documents look good and should be OK. Hope things change once again and processing becomes faster. Best wishes for all....
