Spoke to a VSC IIO and IIOs Suck

I spoke to a VSC today. She tells me that they are still processing 10/98 cases and my case might take one more year.

She said Baltimore cases are being treated differently and as of now no phila cases are transferred. When I asked about 1/99 and 2/99 approvals she had no clue.

Just spoke to another IIO (sounded like a very nice lady), and she said that they are
processing 12/15/98 cases. Seeing that the processing date of cases has jumped
from 09/27/98 to 12/15/98 in a month, things look promising.
