Hi Guys
After reading all the postings in this forum for long time, I finally decided to call INS twexas for FP. I did that about 2 weeks back and told them that I haven't recieved the FP. She took about 10 to 15 mins and then told me to wait for about 3-4 weeks.
Again I called IIO TODAY AND WITHIN MINS SHE TOLD ME THAT she requested aniother FP. I f I get 2 notices then I should chose the closest scheduled date. I dint believe her and then after an hour I called back. Spoke to another nice IIO. She said it seems that somebody has already requested FP for me, but she offered to send another request, suggesting that they are working on Dec. 2000 cases and it will be advisable for me to wait for FP, because it will expire in 15 mths and the way things are going, it will take for ever. She said that all 485 approvals are on freeze at all centers. No idea why but the orders are from the head office. I tyold her that there was an approval at VSC according to this thread ( not realising it was wrong posting), but she said it was immpossible, unless VSC knows something what TSC dont know. She asked me again if she should request for FP and I said yes. She asked to wait for about 30 days, and if I dont get it I should call them bac.
What ever it is...I think the customer service is improving at TSC....WE GET THROUGH PRETTY FAST, LESS HOLD TIME, BETTER IIO'S....WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?
ANYWAY YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT NEW YEAR. HOPE 2003 WILL GET US SOME GOOD NEWS FROM TSC.
