Spelling mistake in H4 approval letter

Hi All,

After one and half months I noticed a mistake in my wife's H4 approval notice. Her last name (family name) was misspelled and I am concerned about this. can any one clarify me regarding the following?

1. Does this have significant effect on our VISA stamping.
2. We are going to India on 6 May and I would like to fix this ASAP. Can any one please suggest me how to fix this.
3. How much time it may take to get corrected letter.

An earliest possible reply is greatly appreciated

1. No. It Will Not Have Any Impact As Long As Your Wife Put Correct Name In Form Ds-156;
2.and 3. It Will Take Atleast 60 To 90 Days To Get An Approval On The Petition For "action On An Approved Application"
