spelling mistake in 750 form

Hi GUYS
Please clarify me.

MY labour application has spelling mistake in my middle name.
there is an extra letter "h". (Murty -- "Murthy")
I found this mistake and informed my lawyer when he sent me the DRAFT.
I thought he would correct it. But he did not correct it and submitted the appication. Recently I asked him to fax me the labor application form and found that middle name is wrong.
My PD is Apr 2002 (Regular).

What shoudl I do? is there any way to correct it? Will be there any effect on PD?
 
Sure , i believe. I have same problem but with my Date of Birth. My attorney has requested by fax to atlanta regional office to return 750 B forms be returned for correction. Atlanta regional office has replied saying they will return once my case has been assigned to analyst. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I got reply from my lawyer.

REPLY:

"We will write a letter to the SWA requesting that the forms be amended with the correct spelling of your middle name"
