I was just looking over the data in all 4 processing centers.
It is clear to me that VSC and NSC are by far the worst. It makes me sick that none of the OCT 99 cases are processed in any of these 2 centers while Texas and California are at least 6-8 months ahead.
Yes there was a lot of cases in August, September and October but Service Centers should known that. If you look at Texas data, they had a lot of cases in these months as well, but they managed to process it and get through the hump.
There is a point to make here. People that are starting their cases now in VSC and NSC(Labor cert, and I-140 stage), go and get your green card through Con. Processing!!! Trust me it is not worth the hastle. And do not wait for processing speed to improve.
I wish I had known that, but since I had an idiot lawyer, I did not know that I had a choice at all. Only if you had illegal stay in US, then do adjustment of status.
It has been now 16 months since receipt date for me, 6 months after fingerprinting and my life is still on hold (country other). My anger grows larger every day, and I just wish that there is something to do and get even.
