Hi All,

Sorry for posting unrelated topic in this section,

I got a speeding/moving ticket just now, 74mph in a 55mph, wondering whether it will affect my greencard or future citizenship process?
Do I need to mention that in any future immigration forms?
Does 19mph lead to arrest?( they didnot arrest me), just wondering how bad it is and what are the implications?

Will they arrest me for this?

Traffic violations such as speeding do not affect your prospects for green card. Unless you had a DUI and mowed down some people

They will ask you only about stuff other than traffic violation. So you need not mention it.

If they didnt arrest you at the time of violation, then probably they will not arrest you. Arresting for speeding varies state to state.
