Slow down...

Hi All,
I got a speeding/moving ticket just now, 74mph in a 55mph, wondering whether it will affect my greencard or future citizenship process,N-400 or...?
Do I need to mention that in any future immigration forms?
Does 19mph lead to arrest?( they didnot arrest me), just wondering how bad it is and what are the implications?
Will they arrest me for this?

Vanisha,
You should consider yourselve very lucky, especially since you were right ont he borderline of being charged with reckless driving charge. Advise, if you have to go to court, then plead with the prosecutor and if possible, take a driving course or whatever they offer, in exchange for a lesser penalty. Do you have to appear in court?
I got caught doing at 102 in a 65 mph on the NJ turnpike, but got off without any fines or jail time. I was nice to the officer and admited going way too fast, and my candor basically saved me from reckless driving charge, speeding and 5 points on my drivers license, and worst of all, suspension of my drivers license in the state of NJ. I tend to drive up to NY, so I couldn't afford to have a suspended DL.
My view, your fine will be small... but slow down... you could have been in worse shape than you are.. remember that immigrants are standard bearers in the US, if it weren't for us, then whom will USCIS regulate crimes of moral turpitude against????
Some people are charged with DUI, but aren't disqualified from the Presidency. However, an immigrant charged with DUI can easily be denied green card or citizenship. Ain't that hypocritical......Maybe you should have offered the Bill O'Reilly defense...
