Hello,

I see people in htis forum getting RFE a lot but have not see one
that only asked "salary and future employment prospective"
from employer, which is exactly my case.

My case receive date is Oct/2002,
first FP is Jan 2003, which now expired.
No 2FP notice
April receive RFE for "salary and future employment prospective",

It did not ask tax filings of any year or pay stubs.

What are they doing with my file? Why I do not receive the
2FP notice. How much chance they are going to approve me
without asking for 2FP? Yes, I dream everyday,...

Looks like they have issued RFE before your FP expired (last month). So i guess that you are good to go. Expect approval any time now (if you have replied to RFE). 2nd FP is not required if the officer has verified your FP just before issuing the RFE.
