I am really confused between the regulatory criteria of NIW and Extraordinary ability. if any one could give me bulleted points of the regulatory criteria for NIW, that would be great. I know there are three major points (intrinsic merit, national in scope and being at a level higher than average...). but I don't know the regulatory criteria for example to prove the third porng (should I use the ones for OR or EA or different ones???.

any help will be greatly appreciated. I am still very confused about how to present my qulaifications as a part of the regulatory criteria

thanks a lot

There is none! That is what makes NIW THE MOST DIFFICULT category at NSC and CSC. Many immigration lawyers that I know of often recommend their clients to try EB1-EA if they have excellent qualifications and not NIW because EB1-EA has more "objective" criteria than the third prong of NIW which is almost entirely subjective.
