Im just double checking my forms and making sure everything is in the correct place and it is entered correctly!

I have been here since 2003 on an F-1 visa and i am currently still in status on my second OPT which expires march 2011. I was married in July 2010 and have been working slowly on my paperwork for the past few weeks.

Can any of you confirm these questions/concerns for me please?

1a) I-485 - With regards to evidence/support documents, what do i need to provide to prove eligibility? Marriage lincence?

1b) I-485 - Part two of form asks application type?I am unsure of what i file under?

2a) I-693 - Do i need to have my medical exam done before i file my I-485? I was under the impression that took place after i file?

3a) I-765 - Am i applying for renewal or permission, as i am already working on my current OPT?

3b) I-765 - What is my eligibility status? This part really confused me so i havnt began to enter any information

3c) I-765 - What do i write in terms of providing an explanation to be considered for AP?

3d) I-765 - I am required to provide a receipt as evidence that i filed for adjustment of status! How is that possible if the I-765 is part of my initial application and i am filing all forms together? Am i required to meet the required biometric servie on AP or is that just for refugees etc?

4a) I-131 - what do i write in the 'CLASS OF ADMISSION' box

4b) I-131 - Application type, what scenario do i come under? Nothing is jumping out at me. Lastly, how many G-325A forms do i attach? From the other thread on the forum i was reading that i need one for every form i file?is this true? Why?

I understand i am asking a lot of question and to the experienced person i may be asking somewhat broad question at that! I have learned a lot in the past month or so to the point that i am much more aware of whats required to complete this application. However, i am still very much inexperienced and i have relied on the forum to date for help in all areas.

I am very grateful for everyones time and expert advice on the given topics.

I hope that my question and your answers can be helpful to others.

As always, thanks in advance!
