My current employer is involve with federal construction jobs including defence force contract works. My duty is prepare estimated, review plans and drawings and they are planing to send me for project supervision.

Is it possible to expedite my I-485 based on asylum which I filef 11/2005?

Your employer just have "contracts" with the federal goverment... your employer is NOT part to the federal goverment... so that will not help you expedite your I-485. You are working for your company, not for the goverment.

If you would be in active military... then its a different story....

Active military?
I was trying to join Army few times, they all asking about Green Card.
They want to see Form 551 at your passport or LPR Card.
I really wanna get Green Card before my 27th birthday which seems impossible. I have only one month left.
After 27th birthday I will be ineligible to enlist Army, and I have to think about another way how to afford money for college or university. Ive been talking to my recruiter hundreds times. We almost friends))) I met him at mall year ago and he was promoting serving in Army. I mean he gave me few booklets with information about colleges and other stuff.

If you case in NSC, you got to wait just a little bit. NSC is processing ND 10/2005 at this moment. Unless there is a delay with name check, you will be approved within a month or a month and a half.

10/2005? where did you get that info? USCIS website for NSC says 02/01/2004. https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=NSC

The fact that you have received RFI doesnt mean that you are close to approval or that the service center is working in those receipt dates...

My case approved in 04/2002 then submitted I-485 on 10/2005, first resip notice or recipt notice also adviced me to contact INS, make appointment and submit finger prints. We did that (Me and my wife). Later my doughter asked to give medical. then son and doughter both asked to give BIO. within 3 wks. they got Green cards. no medical asked for son (12 years). All happens within 4-5 months after first ND. For me and wife they did not call for medical yet. Our cases in TSC. We are ND 10/2005. Last month I sent my medical without asking. Nothing happen. No updates too.

Same thing happened with my parents and minor siblings; They all are ND 2005, they all sent their medicals with initial application, one month after they applied for AOS they all received BIO notices and within 2 months, only the 3 minor derivatives asylee received their green cards. My parents are still waiting... no updates since their bio.

I called TSC, I contacted my congressman, and all said that the service center is processing 2004 right now and they have to wait...
