No, I don't think you need to worry because it states that you entered on or before September 30, 2002. Which clearly you did not.

I am not INS .. trust me I'd shoot my self before causing so much suffering and harm to others :cool:

Anyway, you can call them up and check if you really want to be sure.

YES.. u do have to register! had u last entered after sep 2002...then u didn't have to...now u do have to...also, u never used your parole...so pls ask your attorney about the parole situation again....just to ensure everything...thanks

naturalized canadians & registry

If you are born in any of the registration countries INS will register you even if you hold any other citizenship.

For group 3: Pakistanis & Saudis only about 10 working days remaining, it is prudent to go ASAP.
