I have had my green card for about 3 months but I have to go back home for 9 months and I need to now weather or not I need special permsion. If I do were do I go to get it.

Apply for a re-entry permit, issued to Permanent Residents that will be away for longer than 6 months, form should be on USCIS Forms website.
