I have a complicated and important question to ask. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
A year ago I came in the USA on a J1 work and travel visa good for 4 months. After that I extended my stay with Tourist B2 visa for 6 more months. Right before my tourist visa expired on 1st of April 2005 I got married to american citizen. But my marriage didn't start good and after a month (May 2005) we applied for divorce. Which divorce will be effective anytime soon (60 to 90 days starting after 16 May. Now I don't have any visa or any other papers exept my marriage lisence.
Is there any chance/option for me to get any visa at this point? Student visa, fiance visa or any other visa to make me legal again (with or without the help of my ex husband)?
