USCIS Announces Special Immigrant Classification Petitions Should Be Mailed To Nebraska Service Center - how does this stupid new rule affect us folks who are waiting in line for 485 approval? Does this mean more delays??!:confused:

Just another round of a 6 month dealys. I think we are the right guys filing the 485 in the wrong time.
 
Squeaky wheel syndrome

There is a method in this madness. Those guys may have made enough of noise and representation for USCIS to make a move for them. No prizes for guessing which applications will be pushed behind.

The squeaky wheel gets the oil. In India we have a saying - even the mother does not give the baby milk till it cries.

If we cannot get together and make our presence felt we will continue to be pushed to the back of an ever lengthening queue.
