my labor certification case is currently at Dallas Backlog elimination
center. It is filed under "special handling" category with a priority
date: June 3, 2004, and filed from California.
Until now, we still have not received the 45-day letter, nor did we
receive any contact information from them. We have contacted DBEC
several times through their email address, but received no responses at
all.
All these have made me very anxious. If anyone have had some experience
with "special handling labor certificate" at the backlog center, or
have some advices, please respond here.
