My lawyer filed for my Green card labor certification in the state of rhode island for "special handling" as I am a University professor (not under the EB-1 or EB-2 exceptional category).
Does anyone know this "special handling" category?
Is this "special handling" process any quicker than the regular labor certification for EB2?
