Special consideration ?

I called TSC 4:45 est. The lady told me that my name check is still pending.
She said that they may do special consideration for the applicants waiting long enough for name check clearance. But not until October :mad:

I am stuck in FBI name check process since 3/9/2003 !

My PD is the oldest one (I guess) - 1/23/1998
RD: 1/3/2003

I think, they should consider your case ASAP. I think, if you send your application detail with forwarding letter to USCIS then they will work on it. I think, that's what Ombudsman call-in number Aug 23, 2007 were discussing. Its worth try, do it and get it. GOD is always with you.
 
Akbari please get approved and get out of here. The more I see of old cases like you the more I get depressed.

Your file is likely eaten by termites or immigration officer assigned to your case has passed away leaving you in a black hole.

Hope you get out in next mont or in october of this year.

Man, you deserve IMMEDIATE approval! Yet another case name check defeats its purpose by putting unreasonable resource and energy in negative cases and thereby torturing them for no legitimate reason... what stupid terrorist would wait 9 years for AOS approval to do their thing? This is ridiculous. I sure pray for you, dude.

You deserve citizenship along with your GC approval. What a broken system. I am sure you have already spoken/wrote to your senator/representative etc. Wondering what was their response.
 
Hi Akbari,

Same with me 2 or 3 week back I called around 3:30 PM to check on my 485 status. Lady told me exactly something . We are going do same thing those name check pending long time back and they are working on old name check case . You will here 2 to 3 months .

So far no one tell me when my Name check is initialized She has told me that your and wife name is initialized on Oct 2005. Even she told me that let me go to FBI form to check NC Status . She ask me my and wife A# .
