Speaking to IIO?

I find that 949-831-8427 is always busy. Is there any alternative to this number? Also, anyone has luck talking to IIO recently?

Keep dialing you will get through.
I talked to IIO three times in a week. Regarding FP status.
 
No Title

I called them yesterday at 3:10 and got connection in 5 mins. I called them to check quality of my FP and the IIO said it is good. I don\'t know if should believe that or not.

No luck still....

In my opinion, it is more easy to get a GC these days than to get 949-831-8427 ringing during the regular hours..
 
you should try to call before 9:00am (my luck is at 8:30)

Then just hold on the line by checking your case status for about 100 times, meanwhile keep pushing "0" when it is close to 9:00am. Usually you will be asked to hold for the next IIO a little after 9:00am.
