Well it worked for third renewel of my EAD. EAD was about to expire on the 18th and got renewed on the 17th of this month.
RD for EAD was Dec 26th 02.
I still suggest not to call IIO unless it is an emergency. Some of you make the phone lines busy, unneccesarily.
People with longer FP (12 months or so) should start calling.
