I guess there is some rule that if you have filed for ur i-140/485 then in next 6 months if you add ur wife's name in same petition, she would also get EAD in next 90 days, but if you can not do that then she will have to wait till u get ur approval for GC and then you can file for her, some thing like this.
Can any senior member explain me what is the exact rule?I would be looking forward for any response.
