It appears the rate of processing has increased sequentially month to month.
HOWEVER, at this rate, THE BACKLOG is still GROWING
An average month as approximately 3000 cases. If they clearing about 1100 cases, you can do the math!
I don't see any backlog reduction plan truly in place. If it was there should be atleast 3500 cases approved.
Any comments?
