SPAM : Visitor visa

Hi All,

I am posting this unrelated question , hopefully it will offend anybody.

I have my 485 in process and also working on a valid H1 but my latest H1 visa stamp on passport has expired.

I was wondering will it be possible for my parents to get a visitors visa , since i would need to send them copy of passport (with expired visa) and valid H1 (but not stamped)..Do u guys see any problem coming up...

No problem. You will need to send I-134 (notaried), pay stub, bank statement and if possible a letter from your employer (EVL). Not necessary to send passport/visa/....

Should be fine as long you have valid status. Alongwith the passport copy, send the document that proves your valid status - I-94, I485, H1 notice of action (I797 I guess).
