SPAM: Transit Visa via Paris while traveling on AP?

1. Do I need a transit Visa for traveling via Paris on Advance Parole?
My H1 got expired and I am working on EAD now and I have active Advance Parole Document with me.

2. How about via Frankfurt?

But how come it is ok with Air India. I thought this is to do with the rules of the country, France.
Can you please give me some more info?

You dont need for Air India because you dont change aircrafts. You dont get out of aircraft in Paris. Unlike other airlines where your journey from USA t, say Paris is not really related to travel between Paris and Mumbai. Air India flight is designated as Newark to Mumbai.
