SPAM: Need some direction

Okay, this is really non immigration spam, but I didn't know where else to ask.

Here's the situation. I know someone who was born in India, and wants his last rites to be performed in India. He is married to a white american woman, who I know won't like that. (She is real nice otherwise, no flak on her).

Can anyone throw some light on what I need to do to make sure it will be smooth and easy and no problem after (god forbid) he passes away?

(No I am not joking, and to me this is a serious matter. And I know 140 will give me an RFE for posting it here, but hey I had no where else to go)

Hmmm....

Ash... J.Lo.... Ash... J.Lo.... Ash... J.Lo.... Ash... J.Lo.... J.Lo.... J.Lo.... J.Lo.... J.Lo.... J.Lo.... J.Lo....

Well, so it's official now. It's J.Lo. Congrats SillyMan!!!!!!!

Well, I think the person can write a will. Again it depends upon how much he leaves behind. If he leaves behind a large stack of cash/deposits and writes a condition that only if his last rights are performed in India they his wife will get those assets etc.

Why will a white bit.. care about after he dies. She will be glad to get all the money and start dating again.
