GC Syndrome
The symptoms of GC Syndrome:

1. Addicted to http://www.immigrationportal.com/ site and cannot help visit it five times a day.

2. High ferver to https://egov.immigration.gov/graphi...ps/caseStat.jsp site and must check it every two hrs.

3. Sensitive and allergic to case approvals around your ND.

4. Periodical emotional breakdown

5. Experiencing cycle of hope, expectation, uncertainty, disappointment, worry, frustration, and depression.

The cure: BCIS approval

The aftermath: bored and get lost

4 months since my GC approval..and my IE home page is still 485 issues in CSC !

I guess getting a GC and (those from India can relate to this) passing the state high school exam are two activities no one would like to do all over again.

You actually do that? Mostly when I yell I shout out "DAMN INS!!". I haven't yet gotten around to saying BCIS.

Ok Ok .. it is actually INS. I yell and say .. "GODDAMIT INS .. I FUCKIN' HATE YOU !!" .. my neighbor is a 4 feet tall japanese girl and she gets real scared whenever I do this.

well i curse ins at times but my words are in hindi like M..... and B.... and many more . and there's only one desi beside me who just got his GC last yr undersands what i am saying. Over all it feels good to take your frustration out .

Even after getting your plastic card for almost an yr, I am stuck and having the same symptoms of GC Syndrome because you can move alone without your partner.

MC , BC , C ...etc.. BCIS (Only for Desies)
